Hey all,
My name's Eric and I just joined this amazing group! I'm an ENORMOUS fan of Divine - he's been the biggest influence and inspiration in my life. Not sure if any of you are on Flickr, the photo sharing website, but awhile back I created a group called The Neon Woman where people can post photos (and/or artwork) of Divine. I am 35 yrs old 5'11 170#, (ok i need to add on more poundage) but my real name is Glenn, and I look similar to Divine as a man, I also have done drag, and became famous for my persona, not as Divine though, as Eva the Deva, I have a new character, whom I refer to as Divine's Long Lost Kissing Cousin, If you or anyone you know wants to chat regarding my film script and portrayl of my character, the Title is "Dmentia Dvinyl and the 7 deadly sins", I want to film this movie for an independent film credit, I have it casted in portland Oregon already, But I now reside in NePA, I am willing to ellaborate and collaborate with any film buffs that want to walk the line of John Waters. I am truly a Fan and I have done a lot of crazy stuff to get famous, I am not above giving the main lead to a drag performer I know In NYC, but I would like to portray a character or 3 in the movie as well...There is alot here, Come and Get me!!! Let's make John Proud!

hey

just wanted to know if anyone else had read the biography of Divine written by her manager Bernard Jay. it's a very interesting look at Divine since it's written by somebody who is not in the Dreamlanders circle. the most interesting info for me was that Divine was a chronic pot head and they way he talks about the funeral is pretty interesting too, through out the book the writer seems to have a grudge with Waters so it's an interesting perspective at least. mostly the only other people who have anything to say about Divi are the other Dreamlanders, Waters and of course his scary mother.worth the read and at least you get to see that Divi was so much more than just Water's leading lady. on that note Lust In The Dust is a must see too,hehe

Greetings to those disgruntled by Tribe.net recent course of action in our ‘peer to peer’ Internet community which includes all my brothers and sisters and all the "filtheist prople alive",

I myself who just joined Tribe.net on Thanksgiving, have had one hell of a roller-coaster ride of awesome highs AND the disturbing arrival of the low-down reality of ‘status quo’ censorship.

I’ve always done my best to face challenge ‘head on’. Whether it be a silicon melt-down or coming up with a solution for what really pisses this faggot off!

Therefore instead of bolting Tribe.net, I’ve decided to hang and find out who will eventually win the ‘War of Liberty”. So after giving it much thought I’ve decided to started a new tribe as pf 12/18/05 AND I’m inviting you especially to take a ‘peek’ and check it out..

This new tribe in no way is meant to take any thunder away from any 'alternative tribes’ of which I’m a proud member of.

With the moderator’s permission I’d like to invite you to visit this new ‘mature’ tribe today, Monday December 16, 2005 while it’s still on ‘moderated’ status before it becomes ‘private’ and by sent only invitation tomorrow (on Tuesday).

PS, Even though the 'Queer Think Tank' tribe is now 'open for business' please expect much more by the end of this year. You know how a pre-release reveal party can get & "the show must go on" & Daddy needs to ‘chill’ for 72 hours.

FYI, This weekend my laptop decided to have a temper tantrum and I had a m*ther f*ckin’ "tiger by the tail" with no cage in sight, but now the beasty Mr. Happy seems to be behaving himself once again. After all, he’s just a wild-eyed and boisterous silicon chip off the old block. Anyway…

I've launching the tribe yesterday; December 18, 2005 before Tribe.net changes it's TOU policy and institutes 'community flagging' because of federal enforcement of '18 U.S.C. Section 2257' on December 20, 2005.

At your EARLIEST convenience TODAY, I implore you to check out the description of 'Queer Think Tank' and decide for yourself, if it's serving up what can quench your thirst or at least, wet your whistle.

i was fortunate enough to meet her twice (once while i was actually dressed like her! yikes! and once when he was "himself") and i will never forget it. changed my fucking life!
